摘 要: In this talk, we will summarize some recent progress on the Boltzmann equation without angular cutoff by focusing on the well-posedness theories and the regularizing effect. It covers the very satisfactory mathematical theories for the spatially homogeneous Boltzmann equation, and perturbative solutions in the spatially inhomogeneous case with Guassian or algebraic decay tails.
