报告摘要： In this talk, we establish fine properties of functions of bounded higher variation in the framework of fractional Sobolev spaces. In particular, inspired by the recent work of Brezis–Nguyen on the distributional Jacobian, we extend the definition of functions of bounded higher variation, which defined by Jerrard–Soner W^1,N−1∩L^∞(Ω,RN)W^1,N−1∩L^∞(Ω,ℝN), to the fractional Sobolev space W^1−1N,N(Ω,RN)W^1−1N,N(Ω,ℝN), and apply Cartesian currents theory to establishing general versions of coarea formula, chain rule and decomposition property.

报告人简介：涂强，湖北大学数学与统计学学院讲师，研究兴趣为几何分析与偏微分方程。 2017年博士毕业于武汉大学，2017年到2019年湖北大学数学学院博士后，博士后毕业之后留校任教至今。目前的研究兴趣在几何中的有界变差函数及其相关应用。
