摘  要: In this talk, we want to take analysis on the convergence of the randomized double block Kaczmarz (RDBK) method and improve the upper bound of the error estimate. By rewriting the format of RDBK method, we show that the method will converge for any proper initial guess besides that is used before. We improve the error estimate in expectation and obtain a much better upper bound of the error estimate. Numerical experiments confirm that the new bound is much closer to the actual one and there is a large gap between the new and the old error bound.

报告人简介：黄正达，浙江省临海市人，1992年于杭州大学数学系获计算数学博士学位，现为浙江大学数学科学学院教授、博士生导师。第十一届、十二届浙江省数学会理事。主持完成2项国家自然科学基金，主持在研1项国家自然科学基金，参与完成及在研国家自然科学基金重点项目各1项，主持完成浙江省自然科学基金面上项目1项。更多信息见黄教授主页/index.html
