报告人简介:邱志坚,西南财经大学经济数学学院教授,博士生导师。邱教授长期致力于函数论与算子理论的研究,已在Journal of Operator Theory,Intergal Equations and Operator Theory,Science China Mathematics 等知名数学期刊上发表多篇学术论文。
摘要:The purpose of this talk is to solve the century-old continuous extend problem of the Riemann map. Let $G$ be a simply connected domain. A point $a$ in $\partial G$ is called a multiple point if the is a boundary point of at least disjoint subdomains whose union is identical to $G$ near $a$. Our main theorem says that the Riemann map of $G$ has a continuous extension to $\bar{G}$ if and only if $\partial G$ has multiple points. All of the results in this talk, together with the Riemann mapping theorem, give a complete and desirable solution to the mapping problem that originally raised by Riemann in 1851 and intensively investigated b famous mathematicians throughout history.
