摘要：The problem of finding extremal metrics is one of the central problems in Kahler geometry. Unfortunately, there are very few known examples of Fano manifolds admitting extremal Kähler metrics for every Kahler class (such manifolds are known as Calabi dream spaces). In this talk, I will give an introduction to extremal metrics of Fano toric surfaces and discuss some of their main features. Then I will discuss some recent progress in the study of the existence problem of extremal Kahler metrics of CP^2#3\bar{CP^2}.

简介：李体耀，重庆师范大学数学科学学院副教授。主要从事微分几何的研究，研究内容包括：极值Kahler 度量和Gromov-Witten不变量。主持国家青年基金项目1项、省部级自然科学基金项目2项，代表性研究成果发表于Mathematische Zeitschrift、Chinese Annals of Mathematics、Differential Geometry and its Applications、Acta Mathematica Sinica等学术刊物。
