摘要：This talk begins with the basics of Riemannian geometry and quickly moves on to explore simple ideas about these basic concepts. We'll touch on some classic findings that help us understand how shapes can be curved and twisted. Then, we'll dig into the scalar curvature and introduce the classical two programs in this realm. Moving forward, I will introduce several metric invariants on Riemannian manifolds and then see how they relate to the scalar curvature. Finally, I will talk our recent work on the scalar curvature, and introduce more questions if time permits.

简介：朱波博士于2022年博士毕业于明尼苏达大学数学系， 主要专注研究黎曼流形上正数量曲率以及相关的几何问题。文章发表在Crelle等著名杂志上。目前，在德州农工做访问助理教授。
